Uric Acid Symptoms, Test and Control

Reduce and Control the High Elevated Uric Acid 


Uric acid is the breakdown of purine, which is the normal component of urine. 
Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male).  


Reasons / Causes of high uric acid levels 


  •  First Reason is naturally increased uric acid levels due to purine
  •  High uric acid levels due to some other Diseases with respect to  kidney
  • High Uric Acid production and Low extraction
  • Any Chemotherapy side effects
  • Kidney problem, Kidney is not able to extract from your body.

Uric Acid Symptoms or  High Uric Acid effects

Stone pain in Kidney; which is nowadays very normal to hear by one in hundred people.
Joints Pain: Thumb of the Foot, Ankle,  Foot Joints

Uric Acid Tests 

ESR - Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (sed rate) is the first test prescribed by Doctor after Uric acid test when Doctor observed the Symptoms of Elevated Uric Acid or High Uric Acid level.
 This Test is to detect the presence of inflammation and to help diagnose and monitor specific conditions such as temporal arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis

Foods that are avoidable


  • All organ meats 
  •  Alcoholic beverages, especially Beer
  • Mushrooms, 
  • Spinach, 
  • Beans, 
  • Peas 
  • Cauliflower 

Food & Beverages to include for in Daily Diet:

Water,
Bread, pasta, flour
Milk and milk products, eggs
Lettuce, 
Green vegetables
Soups
fruit juice

Peanut butter, fruits, and nuts

Some Other Facts : 
  • Drinking water is the best medicine in this, so drink a minimum of 3 liters of water per day,if don’t have any other Disease
  • Avoid Alcohol
  • Avoid Caffeine and sugar contained cold drinks 
Exercises to avoid: Hard Push-ups, Badminton, Soccer, Cricket, Sprint
